These terms apply to purchases from the Hushtray online store. Contact us at info@hushtray.com with questions about your order.

Orders and availability

Select your colour and quantity before ordering. Availability is shown on the product page. Your order confirmation records the items ordered and the amount charged. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you to resolve the order or arrange a refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED). One Hushtray ashtray with bkhour is AED 125. The checkout displays the final total, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, before payment. Payment methods are those offered by the secure checkout.

Delivery

Delivery across the UAE is in 4 business days from order confirmation. Please provide a complete delivery address and reachable contact details. If a delivery issue arises, contact info@hushtray.com so we can help resolve it.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted when requested on the day of delivery. Email info@hushtray.com with your order number to arrange the return. We will provide return instructions and explain any applicable return costs before you send the item. Approved refunds are processed without unnecessary delay; your payment provider may require additional processing time. This same-day request window does not restrict rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods or any other mandatory consumer rights.

Product and use

Hushtray is designed to reduce tapping noise and release a pleasant dkhoun fragrance when ash is emptied inside. Bkhour is included. Noise reduction does not mean complete silence, and fragrance does not guarantee removal of all odours. Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Do not leave hot material unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and flammable surfaces.

Your account and information

Provide accurate order and contact information, protect access to your account and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE consumer protection law. If a term conflicts with mandatory law, that law applies. Contact info@hushtray.com to raise a concern.

Changes to these terms

The terms shown when you place your order apply to that order. Future changes will be posted on this page. Material changes do not remove rights relating to orders already placed.
